Collaborating is part of your daily life, at work as well as at home. It often works out just fine. But do you notice that sometimes the energy in the group is really low, or you feel stuck and don’t know what to do, or the group keeps going in all directions and you have a hard time to come to a conclusion, or maybe agreements don’t last longer than the next coffee break?
A well facilitated process can help us to keep collaboration effective and constructive.
