Anyone stepping into the facilitation role will benefit greatly from having knowledge of effective tools and understanding on how to apply them. Practicing these applications and developing skills brings further benefit. Yet as any experienced facilitator realises, artful facilitation requires more than just effective tools and the ability to use them.
You can participate in two ways:
Diving Deep: you engage in the 3 first modules over a period of 12 weeks. At the end of each module you will have some real-life assignments and reflective exercises. You will also receive 6 hours of coaching to support you in your learning journey. After successful completion you will receive a facilitator accreditation of iLean.
Bumble Bee: You have quite some experience under your belt and you want to deepen your practice? Then you can sign-up for individual modules or sessions. And you have the possibility to have coaching to bring your learning into practice.
So welcome, and thank you in anticipation of the experience, wisdom and qualities that you will bring to enrich the circle. Together we shall certainly be greater than the sum of our parts and we look forward to sharing with you in all that emerges.
A facilitator is an individual who enables groups and organizations to work more effectively, to collaborate and achieve synergy. He is content-neutral, and - by not taking sides - can advocate for fair, open and inclusive procedures to accomplish the group’s work. The facilitator’s job is to support everyone to bring out their best thinking. She encourages full participation, promotes mutual understanding, fosters inclusive solutions and cultivates shared responsibility.
The success of an intervention depends on the interior condition of the intervenor.
