In this course you will learn:

What agents are
What you can use them for
How and where to create an agent
What the extra features of Microsoft 365 Copilot are compared to Copilot Chat
How to share an agent with colleagues

We'll also get hands-on: you'll get a guided assignment to build an agent yourself.

The focus will be on using the Copilot Studio Agent Builder (i.e. the 'light' version of Copilot Studio built into Copilot by default), but we'll also give you a sneak peek into the extended capabilities of the full version of Copilot Studio.

Target audience

Have you already worked with Microsoft Copilot Chat (included in your Microsoft 365 license) or have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license? In either case, the time comes when you also want to know what Agents can do for you.
