Since February 2, 2025, you as an organization have a duty to ensure that your knowledge workers are AI literate
(AI Act, Article 4).

Ideal!

Why?

Well, almost 70% of Flemish people have already worked with some kind of AI tool (privately or professionally)! So:

  • your organization's employees are certainly among them!
  • They already have the enthusiasm and eagerness to learn how an AI tool can support them! (ideal for a change process :-) )

That is why your organization can switch gears quickly - and our quick-start packages can certainly help with that.

The Light package

The emphasis here is on “informing and motivating”, and not so much on “training” or “anchoring”.

  • In a short intake interview with the teacher, the following questions will be addressed:
    • Which tools does your organization want to use/promote: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Chat or others?
    • What AI governance is already in place? What agreements do we integrate into our info session/webinar?
    • Are there different target groups (e.g. including a group with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license)?
  • You then have the choice of:
    • 2-hour info sessions held on-site at your organization (up to 50 people)
    • 1.5-hour online webinars (up to 50 people) - these can be recorded
  • The lesson content of the info session/webinar is:

The Medium package

With this package, we go a step further. After “informing and motivating”, we can also “train” a number of people so that they actually practice their prompting skills.

  • The following questions will be addressed in an intake interview with the instructor:
    • Which tools does your organization want to use/promote: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Chat or others?
    • What AI governance is already in place? What agreements do we integrate into our info session/webinar?
    • Are there different target groups (e.g. also a group with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license)?
    • Draw up a training plan together for each target group.
  • You then have the following options:
    • For target groups that also need to have prompting skills, you have the choice of
      • classroom-based prompting workshops on site (up to 12 p/session)
      • online prompting workshops (up to 12 p/session)
      • an online learning program that we implement in your SharePoint online environment
    • for target groups that only need to be informed
      • for 2-hour info sessions held on-site at your organization (up to 50 people)
      • for online webinars (1.5 hours) (up to 50 people) - these can be recorded

The Extra Large package

With this package, we go “all the way”. After “informing and motivating”, and “training” in prompting skills, we are not going to let the employee off the hook... We want AI knowledge to be truly embedded and result in an AI-first mentality. But also that knowledge is shared with each other! Because using AI correctly and efficiently, collecting use cases, seeing where agents are useful and necessary and building them (or having them built)... Only in this way will your organization be on the train of AI-supported organizations... And you don't want to miss that, do you?

  • In an extensive intake interview with the digital coach/teacher, the following questions will be addressed:
    • Which tools does your organization want to use/promote: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Chat or others?
    • What AI governance is already in place - which agreements do we integrate into our info session/webinar?
    • Are there different target groups (e.g. also a part with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license)?
    • Is a phased approach needed/per target group/per department or other set-up?
    • How will we collect and publish use cases?
    • How will we build a community to anchor AI?
    • Which KPIs will we set to measure efficiency, etc.?
    • How long do we want the anchoring process to last (from 6 months)?
  • The elaboration will include the elements from the light and medium packages, but we will also continue with:
    • how do we ensure the anchoring of an AI first mentality in your organization
    • how do we ensure a comprehensive training plan and support via (internal or external) digital coaches
    • how do we start and maintain an AI user community
    • how do we ensure good communication around AI governance
    • which KPIs are important and how do we monitor them
  • The objective is to ensure that your employees embrace the recommended AI tools in a safe, sustainable and efficient manner so that your organization is ready for the future.
