That is why we are looking for a freelance coach who enjoys working closely with users. Someone who listens, guides, inspires, and helps drive digital change.

Someone who helps people move forward.

What will you do?

You will guide employees and teams in using Microsoft 365.

Sometimes you will do this one-to-one, sometimes in a group. Sometimes through a workshop, sometimes by thinking along with an organisation on how it can collaborate more effectively.

You will:

• support users in adopting Microsoft 365 and Copilot;
• help organisations implement new ways of working together;
• facilitate interactive workshops when needed;
• create support materials that genuinely help people;
• keep up with new developments in Microsoft 365 and translate them into practical applications.

Who is the right fit for this role?

Technology excites you, but people excite you even more.

You enjoy helping colleagues or clients when they get stuck. You explain things clearly. You quickly sense where resistance may arise and know how to guide people step by step.

In addition, you have:

• a good knowledge of Microsoft 365;
• an interest in Copilot, AI, and modern collaboration;
• strong communication skills;
• strong writing skills;
• excellent command of Dutch and French or English.

Experience in coaching, training, change management, or user adoption projects is a plus, but your mindset matters even more to us.
