Description

As an administrative employee you often come in contact with customers in a practical way. You answer their questions, you solve their problems, you offer support where you can. The customer trusts your work.

During this workshop you will learn to go that one step further so you can proactively think about what added value your company can offer to the customer. You will learn to use your antennae so, if you feel that it could be interesting for the commercial manager to contact you, you provide him with that information.
