1. The obligations under the EU AI Act. And particularly Article 4: the obligation to make your employees AI-literate so that they can avoid the risks and pitfalls, whilst still making the most of the opportunities to lighten their workload.
2. The granular approach. Not everyone needs an additional paid licence. And not everyone needs to be able to create (advanced) agents. Flexibly determining who needs what is a key element in gently guiding everyone towards an AI awareness where they use the most suitable generative AI tool.
3. Optimal support consisting of a mix of general introductory sessions (via webinar, video, e-learning), through to practical workshops where digital prompting skills are practised and applied to useful real-world examples. Right through to digicoaching for individuals and teams to fully develop use cases and ensure people don’t drop out.
